On Arrival
Your group will be provided with the monthly entry code prior to your arrival via SGT, which you will require to gain access to the club car park & Clubhouse. Please report to the Professional on arrival where you will be supplied with information relating to your visit.
Players are required to change golf shoes and clothing in the Locker Room and not in the car park.
The Clubhouse, Golf Course & Practice Areas
We hope you enjoy the course and exceptional clubhouse facilities. Please be aware of our dress rules which are outlined here:
On the course or practice area, golfers are required to wear smart conventional golfing attire with spike or dimpled golf shoes. Shirts must be tucked in at the waist. Only tailored trousers or tailored knee length shorts are permitted. Shorts must be worn with knee length socks or short white sports socks.
Players must not wear any of the following:
- any form of denim
- trainers or open sandals
- track suits
Clubhouse Hours
The Clubhouse is open daily from 7:30am and is locked 1 hour after the Bar closes (times vary daily).
In the clubhouse, smart casual dress is allowed in all parts. All members, guests and visitors who have been playing on the links, are requested as a matter of courtesy to change from their playing apparel before using the Main Lounge and Dining Room. Please be aware that in the clubhouse, hats, collarless tee shirts, jeans, track or shell suits, trainers or open sandals are not permitted.We have a Spike Bar where golf clothing and shoes can be worn. Golfers wearing shorts are reminded that these cannot be worn in the clubhouse with the exception of the Spike Bar.
We ask that all visitors please:
- Play with care for the course by replacing divots, neatly raking bunkers and repairing pitch marks
- Play with due care and attention for other matches. Keep up with the group in front or wave the following group through without delay
- Buggies and trolleys are to be kept to paths at all times and are not allowed in the rough
- No dogs are allowed on the course
The use of a mobile phone is restricted to the car park only.
Food
Catering available daily from 9.00am; groups of 12 or less may order on arrival, however larger groups are advised to order in advance and if you require breakfast before 9.00am please notify SGT to make arrangements on your behalf.
Non- arrivals
Non-arrivals will be charged in full and payment retained so please notify Southport Golf Tours of any cancellations so that green fees may be transferred to a future date.
