Formby Golf Club – Dormy

For Dormy guests, if you arrive at the Golf Club prior to 4.30pm, please check-in at Reception with Julie, who will give you a tour of the

Clubhouse and show you to your rooms. If checking-in after 4.30pm, please check-in at the Bar.

Meals

Breakfast will be served at 8.30am in the dining room. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms. Dormy guests also

have free use of the snooker room and Sky television, with drinks on hand at the bar – a delightful way to end your day.

Midweek visitors, please report to Reception in the main clubhouse on arrival.

On Saturdays and Sundays, please report to the Professional shop. Entry codes to the locker room and clubhouse will be supplied once

all players are checked in.

You may wish to download Formby GC’s smartphone app, which will give you extra information for your visit.

Smart, conventional golf wear is expected at all times. On the course, shorts must be tailored and worn with knee length

socks or white sports socks which cover the ankle, but shorts are not permitted in certain areas of the clubhouse. Visitors using the

clubhouse are reminded that smart/casual golf wear is expected in the ground floor bars. Tailored shorts are allowed in the Hall Bar

downstairs and golfers in shorts may pass through the Golfers Bar en route to the locker room, but the dress code in the Golfers Bar

and elsewhere in the clubhouse is long trousers. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF ADIDAS ADI-ZERO GOLF

SHOES.
